Of Zodwa and the disgraceful march

The past week I got to understand why and how Zanu PF is still a party for the masses. Thousands thronged the streets of Harare and Masvingo in support of Grace Mugabe. Numerous printed banners displayed the name of the girl (Gabriella Engels) that Grace allegedly bashed in a Sandton Hotel. The most baffling thing of these demonstrators was the sheer ignorance of what they were protesting for and why they had to show support for the disgraceful first lady. According to Bus Stop TV interviews of the protesters most of them seemed unaware what Afriforum is and where the organisation is based. Other protesters even stated that they had not yet been informed of the reasons behind the march.
